About the gardener of the Green Ocean

I warmly welcome all my dear visitors to the site. I would like to introduce myself and share a few thoughts about who I am.

Since early childhood, I have been accompanied by nature, my love for plants and animals, and my curiosity about them. The more I learn about this part of the world, the more questions arise in my mind, and I realize how much I still don’t know. That’s why I am constantly learning and developing myself. But the most important thing is experience. Plants and animals don’t always read textbooks. I need to spend a lot of time in their company to truly understand them.

I have two siblings, and when we were in elementary school, our parents gave each of us a little patch of our garden to take care of during the summer. I grew marigolds, peas, tomatoes, and peppers. The quiet hours spent in the garden and the visibly successful results made me happy. I wanted a job as an adult that would make me happy and that I wouldn’t even feel like work.

My journey led me to horticultural university, which I successfully completed. I learned a lot there and have learned much since then. I would like to share my knowledge and experiences, which is why I created this gardening blog.

But it won’t just be about gardening topics; there are many events in my life that I would love to share with you. For example, over the years, I passed the mushroom inspector exam, and I will be thrilled to introduce mushrooms to you as well. Additionally, I also enjoy hiking, and there are many renovation tasks around the house that I can present to you, which may be helpful.

This year, I took a big step towards my dream; I bought a beautiful plot of land with a small house, and my dream is to create a green ocean. It’s not precisely measured; it’s wild, chaotic, and in return, it provides a home for bees, butterflies, bats, birds, hedgehogs, lizards, snakes, frogs, grasshoppers, and every little creature that needs a shelter. A place where something is always blooming, where I joyfully walk, and where I always discover something new.

Join me on this beautiful, never-ending journey.

And I also have cats… Everyone loves to talk about their cats…

Who lives in my garden?

My current garden is quite small, and it’s already very crowded with kids. I can’t wait to move to our little rural kingdom. Right now, it is home to oleanders, summer lilacs, desert roses, plumerias, love flowers, and many more.
